1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders of digital products (especially digital sewing patterns) placed via the online shop of

2. Subject matter of the contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of digital sewing patterns for download.
(2) The products are provided exclusively in digital form. No physical goods will be shipped.
3. Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of digital products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Provision of digital content
(1) The digital sewing patterns will be provided after receipt of payment via a download link or by email.
(2) The customer is responsible for creating the technical conditions for downloading and using the files.
5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
(1) Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal.
(2) In the case of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal shall expire as soon as the customer has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
(3) The performance of the contract shall commence upon provision of the download.
6. Usage rights for the digital sewing patterns
(1) By purchasing a digital sewing pattern, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes.
(2) The distribution, reproduction, publication or resale of the patterns or parts thereof is not permitted.
(3) The use of the sewing patterns for the manufacture of products for commercial sale is only permitted if this is expressly stated in the product description.
(4) The removal of copyright notices or other identifying marks is not permitted.
7. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are final prices in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation).
(2) The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
(3) The purchase price is due immediately.
8. Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We accept no liability for technical malfunctions that are outside our control (e.g., the customer's internet connection).
(3) We shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
9. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The language of the contract is German.
